Responsibilities:The Hasbrouck Heights Municipal Court is responsible for:
- Borough ordinances and code violations
- Conducts probable cause hearings
- Determines bail
- Disorderly/petty disorderly offenses
- Fish and game violations
- Issues arrest and search warrants, failure to appear, propose suspension and suspension notices
- The prosecution, trial and disposition of motor vehicle and traffic violations
- Weights and measures violations
