The Borough of Hasbrouck Heights Administrative Offices will be closed from noon on Wednesday, December 31, and all day on Thursday, January 1, for New Year's Day.
Please note that there will be NO garbage or branch pickup in Zone 1, and the Recycling Center will also be CLOSED on Thursday, January 1.
The Administrative Offices and the Recycling Center will reopen and resume regular business hours on Friday, January 2.
From HHPD: Overnight parking restrictions are now suspended until Monday, January 5, 2026. Please be aware that these restrictions will resume on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 2:00 AM.
As a reminder, in the event of snow, all vehicles must be moved from all borough streets as per Borough Code 261-27. This is necessary to allow the Department of Public Works (DPW) to plow and salt the roads effectively.
